ABC Historical Fiction Challenge: Letter C

For this fortnight's book in the ABC Historical Fiction Challenge- for the Letter C, I chose Cleopatra's Daughter, by Michelle Moran. See my review here.

I found this book was not only delightful to read- I also learned so much of Roman, Egyptian and Greek history. The detail was incredibly accurate and the story simply splendid. I enjoyed it so much that I actually have it on my list of books to re-read:)

Excellent choice! I love all of Michelle Moran's books, I could read all of them over and over.

Ooh...I keep seeing this in bookstores and getting sidetracked by it! Still haven't read it, but that cover alone is striking, and I bet the story is even more so!

I'm waiting for the paperback to come out before I buy it because I have her others in PB. I hear nothing but good things about it!
